Delete your Ciarla account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Ciarla and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and all its data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Send an email from the address of your account to contact@perastro.com with the subject “Delete my Ciarla account”. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email. If you signed in with Google, tell us the email address of that Google account.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, sign-in data, name if you signed in with Google.
• Your profile and settings.
• All learning data: word and grammar progress, answers, skill levels, finished chats.
• Your card reports and chat usage counts.

Nothing is kept. Copies in our database provider’s backups are overwritten within the backup rotation period. Crash reports contain no account data and expire after at most 90 days. Details: privacy policy.
